Another Update
-----------------------------
I wasn't happy with the way the lower resolution icons looked (32, 24 and 16), so I redrew them again.
Added the SVG file.
Made 2 separate Icons. One called XP (Highest resolution is 48), and one called Vista (Highest resolution 256)
I'm pretty sure it's perfect now, so I won't keep tinkering with it.

Altered the smaller icons (<48x48) to make the pinstriping more apparent.
